Government Funding Options in Ontario
There are a number of government agencies and programs that may be able to assist individuals in obtaining funding for many of our courses.
Better Jobs –
Here’s the information about the better jobs program “Better Jobs Ontario provides eligible applicants with skills training for in-demand jobs and financial support. Applicants can receive up to $28,000 to cover costs such as tuition, books, student fees, supplies, electronic devices, transportation, and a basic living allowance of up to $500 per week. Additional funding may be available for childcare, disability-related supports, living away from home, and Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) or language training.”

Employment Ontario –
A program run by the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities (MTCU) giving Ontarians an opportunity to speak with a professional counsellor and get the help they need to plan their career, get training, and find a job through the employment service. Click here to visit Employment Ontario.
Ontario Works-
Ontario Works is a financial assistance program for Ontarians in need, offered by the Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS). Some funding may available for those facing financial hardship. Click here to visit Ontario Works.
Life Long Learning Plan –
The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) is a program offered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). It allows you to withdraw amounts from your RRSPs to finance full-time training or education for you or your spouse or common-law partner. You cannot participate in the LLP to finance your children’s training or education, or the training or education of your spouse’s or common-law partner’s children.
